There is potential to grow in the company
Cons
As a growing company, they are figuring out the amount of talent they need to grow sustainably. As a manufacturer, they are at a stage where they will need to focus on either B2B growth or not. My department (2 full-time, 1 part-time remote) lacked the head count to do everything in the yearly plan.

They really care about their employees, they make everyone feel wanted and how important roles are to make it a successful team Everyone is focused on growth. As the company is growing. Best sales team with so much energy, best customer service I have ever seen.
Cons
There is so little to complain about them, as if you voice anything, its gets to management and they will focus there time and attention to fix the issue which is more than any employee will ask for.
