Micro management for each and everything. No fun activities, no happiness. Everyone is stressed out from work. You will not have any good memories from this place. Those who are in CEO good books are heard.

Pros

The biggest advantage I see here is the steep learning curve, which has allowed me to grow quickly. Another aspect I really value is the opportunity to contribute directly to product planning alongside board members, where my input is genuinely heard and considered.

Cons

One thing I’ve noticed, which I believe is common across most IT companies, is the sudden change in requirements at times. This often means putting in extra effort to meet deadlines, but I consider that a normal part of the industry.
