Pros

Breakfast Wellness Benefits Education Benefit Located near King station

Cons

This place has favourites. Low compensation and no work/life benefits. Believe it or not, they do not live up to their values. A lot of fake people. Inexperienced managers who do not know how to manage their team.

Great Beginner Job

Pros

- Ability to work on important projects - Ample vacation time and benefits

Cons

- Very low pay for long hours - Minimal opportunities for growth across the entire agency - Unreasonable billable hour targets - Very few clients, so exposure remains very minimal given them being an agency - Management doesn't care about anyone (interns included) except getting money out of them by billing clients a lot of money

Pros

You may I occasionally get to travel I'd you are in the right role and team

Cons

Unfortunately all of the cons on here are true. Bad politics run this place with strong favoritism, a blame culture aggressively targetting those who are more junior. Not enough pay and over working is the silent expectation. Work life balance non existent. Leadership does not make appropriate deocisions to prevent toxic workplace culture. Stay away.
