Most of the immediate people I work with are nice and don't deserve having to work here.

Where do I even begin? Hired to be an artist, immediately relegated to database entry. I'm still being paid less than 20k P/A, even after 3 years. Management is less than useless with basic decisions often taking multiple months, typically resorting to ignoring issues and hoping they go away on their own, then being surprised when the issue becomes larger. 0 respect is given to employees. This is a complete dead-end job. I know people who have been working here for over 5 years and are still on a 'junior' contract. Pay reviews were cancelled this year because management couldn't be bothered to attend. If you have any desire to earn enough money to survive on your own. DO NOT WORK HERE. Working here is only viable if a partner is willing to pay more than half of the bills.
