      Pros

      -Techs are great. Good camaradery, teamwork and training. -Company is pretty efficient and achieving goals, excellence in service. -Work is stimulating and interesting,

      Cons

      -Engineers are stressed, unhappy and generally disatisfied with their careers. and growth opportunities. -Tensions between engineers. Badmouthing. -Tensions between engineering and management. -Lots of fingerpointing and playing the blame game. Rather than fix problems, divisions are more interested in blaming others for shortcomings. -No windows, Gloomy offices.

      Advice to Management

      Hard to fix a rotten company culture. They should hire more engineers to aleviate stress and contribute to better teamwork. Badmouthing, bullying and intimidation should not be tolerated.

      Pros

      Note: Take all reviews with a grain of salt. Each team is very different within the company. Very relaxed environment, easy to bank time and take time of as needed. Management is super friendly.

      Cons

      The tech stack hasn't been updated in 10+ years. We are using an outdated version of Java, and quite literally nothing else. While the pay is alright, it is not a place to build a skill set.

      Working for Lockheed Martin International, I figured I could apply for jobs in countries all over the world where Lockheed has a footprint. Turns out that unless you are a U.S. citizen these job openings are not made available to you. The internal job opportunity search engine automatically defaults to only display jobs available in your country of residence/employment. Any international jobs require you to be a U.S....

      Advice to Management

      Management needs to model the values and principles the company claims to adhere to. Need to put the customer first and not allow poor practice and oversight to unnecessarily increase costs.
