Essentially a volunteer arrangement. No clear road-map. Proposed strategies will be analysed and dissected to the nth degree, slowing execution to a halt. Unrealistic expectations (Listium turns 8 years old in 2021 and remains pre-revenue with no paid staff: yet there were concerns after 12days on the job that the needle was not moving).
