Will underpay you while working you into the ground. Timing on appointments is so crammed that you will not have a moment to breathe on weekends. They expect you to somehow do impossible things timing wise to finish stuff in one hour with zero support or help. Corporate does not care about you and will use shady means to screw you over while constantly make your job harder. Store manager will not have a backbone to look out for you. The business idea is stupid and is clearly going to go under, no future here. They will never give you a raise.

it's a newer company so a lot still needs to be done and streamlined. I felt like VP & Corporate did not have managers best interests in mind and minimal growth effort. Really just seemed like they grew managers that had been there the longest without looking into their overall contributions to the company.
