Pros
I did not experience any pros.
I want to share my personal experience so others know what to expect. During my time with the company, I felt consistently overworked. I was often scheduled with 8 clients a day, and the workload became difficult to manage.
Payroll was another major challenge for me. Payments often felt inconsistent, and it was hard to get clear communication when delays happened. This created a lot of stress because it made it difficult to plan financially or feel stable in the role.
Turnover also seemed high while I was there, which added to the workload. I had clients who were transferred multiple times. I was the fourth therapist for one client, and two of those transfers happened within my first two months. Managing constant transitions like that made it hard to provide continuity of care and added more pressure to an already heavy caseload.
Overall, the combination of heavy workload, inconsistent payroll (in my experience), and frequent staff changes made the job unsustainable for me.
Cons
Inconsistent payroll (W2 employee)
High turnover
