      Pros

      Don't even bother looking for any pros; Linkby is one of the worst companies you could ever work for. Employees are treated as disposable tools, and unless you have connections within leadership, trying to advance here is a waste of time.

      Cons

      Expectations are way too high for how low employees are being compensated. My workload during my tenure at Linkby was heavy and overwhelming, while my salary was low and the benefits I received were awful. Management didn't even provide me with much support, which led to my work-life balance suffering.

      You're exposed to different systems and workflows.

      Cons

      There were too many moments where you weren't fully sure what the correct next step even was. You'd make a decision, move forward, then realize later... okay, that wasn't right. So now you're going back, adjusting fixing it. And it keeps happening. Not because the work is hard, but because the direction isn't always clear. It just leaves you thinking... am I missing something, or is this actually just unclear?

      I thought Linkby would be a great career opportunity, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. Pay is far below expectations, growth and advancement are nearly impossible, and support is virtually nonexistent. Ignore any positive reviews—every single one is misleading.

      Cons

      - I have never felt more overwhelmed or exhausted. - Expectations are unreasonably high, workloads are crushing, and demands are relentless. - Employees must be available for calls and emails at all hours, destroying any chance of a real work-life balance. - Managers are openly hostile, harsh, and cruel. - Employees are treated with utter disregard. - Any disagreement, no matter how minor or unrelated to work, brings intense retaliation and misery.
