      Trying to make google like work environment. Good for freshers looking to gain some experience. No need to be super intelligent, if you know SQL you can get a job.

      Cons

      No vison or clarity about company's objectives, Product is not scalable, still struggling to find market fit. immatured leaders in management. Not good for experienced professionals, Not really good environment to make friends among colleagues. Job Security is a big problem.
