In one word it's not good . Owner doesn't know how to behave or any work ethics

Nothing is good in this company

It's frustrating to work over there. Owner will say you have to work for the provisional period in lower salary bt he won't give you a increment after becoming permanent. If you ask he will behave rudely and it's a un professional company too
