    Strong company with good benefits. Excellent on-the-job training.

    Cons

    Finding internal opportunities is very challenging. The hiring process can take months, and there are times where they clearly have a candidate or two in mind and are just going through the motions.

    Toxic political environment, management just fires employee at will citing performance issues without warning, reality is their own performance is bad, Firing is very common, it’s all about lies, dramas and political correctness..stay away lots of bad apples
