      No office politics, team size is small. Environment and neighbourhood is okay

      Cons

      No expectation, groups lack of passion, normally repetitive tasks.

      We encourage team members to take ideas and run with their passion. Often times our staff is working nights and weekends because they don't want to stop!       There is pressure to perform. There is pressure to advance your career. The company has the highest standards of ethics and conduct and this is enforced. The company achieves an incredible amount with very few heads. This is only possible because the company is the most digitally transformed in their industry (efficiency) and their people are simply better, more deeply experienced, and more certified (efficiency) than any other MSP in the Connecticut - Metro NY Region. Each employee has to keep up their training milestones so this is only a place to work if you have the highest personal and professional expectations for yourself.
