Pros

Pay is decent. but eventually you will decide your time is better spent somewhere else.

Cons

Although Lightpoint has been around for a while, they feel like an upstart company, in all the bad ways. Lack of basic procedures. the early days of your employment will feel fun and exciting and "we are nimble, because we are light on our feet" . This wears thin when you find out your life is now owned by the owner. Planning vacations, family events will suddenly become very difficult. Travel to client sites in central Oregon or the coast after hours will become "on you" and not compensated.

Pros

Some good people. A few whiners. Paid lunch on Fridays, benefits are at the behest of the Ceo and his lackey.

Cons

Dishonest machiavellian management style. Expectations and goals constantly change. Very little documentation on clients. Take advantage of "at will" policy. Check your opinion or ideas at the door. The Ceo manages his assets with ferocious egomaniacal style. Get fired without warning or reason.

Pros

Most of the folks at the company are good, hard working folks

Cons

There is a lot of passive aggressive, co-dependent "working " relationships. Lot's of hot steam from mgmt back and forth with the helpdesk, but not much in the way of actual mgmt or constructive direction.
