Pros
Good studio culture and many nice and talent artists there. Provide free including crackers, drinks, breakfast. lunch and dinners. Mini gym and game play ground inside the studio. Pipeline is very smart and efficient. Thy provide a lot of act ivies and classes for artists to learn about animation industry.
Cons
Too much overtime on production, one year for one feature animation is too crazy. Director isn't good enough. Boss is the director. Need to improve the storytelling skills.
