      The team tip pools, so there's a good energy of care and support amongst the serving team

      Cons

      - Low pay - Short shifts - Little opportunity for advancement - Poor training - Negative/stressful environment - Management is generally disorganized and unable/unwilling to effectively support team - Management tends to overpromise and under deliver when recruiting team members, will offer terms that they are unable to uphold (eg, scheduling commitments, hours and assessment of average tips)
