      Nice co workers and a paycheck.

      Cons

      This was an unorganized, inconsistent work environment. Management is unsure of documents submitted and you will often need to redo work based on lack of leadership team knowing what they want. Turnover on this team was extremely high where they will let people go while on vacation. No room for advancement and!

      The supervisors are great people. It is easy to get hired. It is climate controlled and you can sit down.

      Cons

      No advancement. Poor pay. Productivity requirements increase exponentially.
