It’s motivating to be part of a team where your contributions are valued and where you’re continually encouraged to evolve.
Cons
There is lots of information to take in during training at the beginning - but it is definitely worth it as once you get the hang of it the work is very interesting and rewarding, especially if you have a mixed passion for science and medicine and writing or law.

This is a fast pace role and varied role which I personally love however would not suit everyone if you do not have this work ethic.
