      Pros

      It is a fantastic environment to grown in as you will be given plenty of responsibility out the gate, but you will never be short of support for the senior staff. The company is at the cutting edge of the intersection between law and technology, so it is a very exciting place to work during the incredible growth of the industry.

      The work is fast paced given the rapid growth of the company.

      Pros

      I truly feel that this company wants not only what is best for them but what they can do to guide you to succeed within the company. Despite my position, I feel truly like an equal and that my voice feels heard and valued.

      Cons

      The only downside is that the pandemic prevents me from working in the office with these wonderful people!
