      - Good learning - Supportive Team

      Cons

      after 3 probation you will get only 6 leaves for next 9 month and after completing total 6 leaves for whole year that is insane and after completing your 3 month probation and 9 month after probation you will get 22 days leaves -> there is only person in HR who handle everything and made fake commitment - they will make you sign the agreement that you would not join any back office for 6 month after resign. - biased upper level management
