      1) Exposure to global engineering standards and structured quality process. 2) I got opportunity to learn through cross functional collaboration with different departments and GmbH team (German Team). 3) Supportive work culture with proper guidance from manager and top management. 4) Salary on time, positive and helpful culture. 5) On-spot recognition by management.

      Thane Head office - Good employee benefits - Canteen, Family Insurance, Salary on time, very good events and festival celebration, leave structure

      A group of people who dont work, but are part of dirty politics in the company and they are the also the ones who give all such stupid informatio to the management. If you are looking for partners (professionally and personally), join lechler. This company is full of affairs of married people. You may call it as Spiltsvilla - endless season.
