Outstanding products in protection, excellen design, and a talented product and sales team (outside of sales management)
Cons
Significant concerns about the absence of HR oversight and the prevalence of discriminatory behavior. Leadership demonstrates troubling attitudes toward race, religion, and sexuality, creating a toxic environment. If this were a U.S.-based company, such behavior could result in serious legal consequences.

- good product - meeting a lot of great people - lots of go go go
Cons
- no organization or plan for success everything is shoot from the hip - compensation - must use own vehicle with very little mileage reimbursement - unrealistic and uneatable goals
