There is a complete lack of care for their people. HR is messy in dealing with onboarding stuff, in some ways they are quite a joke. There is no ongoing conversations with anyone to check how you are getting on, things may be going downhill and you are not even aware of.
People are fired out of the blue and not given any actual reason for it. I've seen senior professionals simply disappearing overnight and nobody knows anything about. Entire teams being let jaw dropped and the constant fear of the same happening to you, this is how the atmosphere looks like.
There is a lot of crap going on with higher management levels that result in lack of direction and clarify for teams down the line, and bad decisions going on. There is an apparent fight for power. Some say this is the result of the acquisition of a big company in the recent years.
Benefits are a bit below average: health insurance doesn't cover any family member in any way, pension contribution is not so attractive, there is no bonus/stocks at all and performance evaluation/salary increases are pretty much non existent. Often times you are expected to work early in the mornings or late on evenings to be able to interact with people in completely 'opposite' timezones.
