IRB Coordinator

Pros

The current leadership is great. People that work there are nice and friendly. A great place to get an outstanding experience in IRB. Benefits are generous as most public universities are.

Cons

They pay is low for the amount of work you do. Too many paperwork. Senior leadership, outside of COMIRB, doesn't care much about their staff.
