Pros
Research and engineering balance: My favorite part! The work here involves both product-level deployment and experiment-based research. Projects are always caught up with the sota. Dedicated time for academic research in between fast-pace implementation. Passionate and dedicated people: I'm always impressed by how responsible and passionate people here are about their work. Always seeking new ways to perfect current pipelines, learn new things, find new subjects. Not to mention how people love helping out each other in research.
Cons
Work life balance: Since Learnable is a startup, the pace here is pretty intensive. Projects are arranged back to back with fewer downtime. Not the right place if you want to slack and get work down. Overall work and relax rhythm is acceptable.
