Pros

Really no pros here, just avoid.

Cons

Morale is low, employees are pawns, the culture is built on dishonesty from the top down. Example: According to the website, the "CEO" is Lucy Schneiberg, She has however no operational role. None. It's just to claim being a "woman-run business" in RFPs, or to get an advantage with federal bids. It's basically a lie. Management is primarily concerned with making money for themselves any way they can. "Fake it before you make it" is the unofficial motto of the company. The leadership is irrational, and has no executive experience, with no background in professionally run corporations. So strategy, culture, organization and execution are all a big fat mess. You'd be joining a family business that's by and for the family. Not the customer, not any partners, certainly not the employees. Proceed with caution. Don't get fooled by positive reviews. They are "management-driven". Look at the language used, the comments provided. They're fake. Just like the company's unofficial motto suggests. Definitely not recommended for anybody with any career aspirations, or any other options available to them. Avoid.

If this review is actually from a former employee, which is unlikely, then we hope you find a better cultural fit elsewhere and wish you the best. LearnQuest is a family owned business, and, as such, prides itself a on culture of ethics, teamwork, ownership and accountability. LearnQuest values its employees and partners, and has a 100% focus on customer satisfaction, which is reflected in all that we do, and is only possible because of the passion and commitment from the wonderful people that work here.

Pros

For 6 years I got to work from home and got paid pretty well for doing so.

Cons

Worked for the company for 6 years and during that time I saw it go through several changes. I got paid well, but the management at LearnQuest from 2015 through 2016 was in the toilet. Constant changes and not putting the employees first made me look for opportunities elsewhere.
