- gives a fair-go for someone with no/little experience on new roles - young company with vibrant and engaging culture - niche market that survives GFC and is still thriving
Cons
- willing to pay price (read:20% lower than industry standard) for the sake of quality - at least for non-management roles - limited career prospects - quite inflexible working hours (not the best for work life balance -unless you work part time) - strict time management
