Great people, excellent leadership, kind clientele. They take great care of their employees via benefits, flexibility, upward mobility, promoting health, free lunches and stocked kitchen, good communication.
There is a strong emphasis on results in this organization. Do great work and you will succeed. The company has been growing at a rapid pace since its inception, and it's not hard to see why.
Cons
The work load can be overwhelming at times, but you have a team to collaborate with and learn from, and extensive documentation of common issues and their resolution. If you are built for fast-pace rapid-fire solutions, you will do well here.
Teams are collaborative with a strong dynamic and there are plenty of opportunities for ongoing learning. It’s a solid place to build MSP experience. That said, burnout comes quickly. It’s a good place to start, but I’d recommend moving on once you’ve gained enough experience to take elsewhere.
Cons
Burnout is the norm. Leadership is absent, clueless, and quick to blame lower-level teams. “Unlimited PTO” is just a way to avoid paying for unused days. CEO recycles the same story instead of addressing real issues. If you like being micromanaged and sold fake “family culture,” this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away.
