Pros
LaunchWorks Manufacturing Lab has tight-knit, quality focused employees driven to deliver outstanding products to their customers. One of the best groups of people I have ever worked with.
Cons
This company is owned by Cryopak of NJ. The senior management at Cryopak has no idea what they are doing in the genomics CMO space! They do not understand the customers' needs or the market at all. Employees are treated like disposable minions which is reflected in the salaries and benefits offered.
