Pros
Lots of opportunities to make an impact with improvements. Very high tech with processes from semiconductor design and fab to electronics assembly. Good customers, easy to deal with.
Cons
Improvement initiatives are usually blocked by those who "know better", Two bosses, one corporate and one local. Corporate boss knows how to implement a quality system but not how to actually make improvements to quality and profitability. Upper management is not tolerant of English-language activism. German CQO is not tolerant of humour or enjoyment of work.

Cons
This company especially Montreal office favours certain people everything and others nothing. They give responsibilities without matching qualifications, harassing people, no challenges or promotions. Favour new comers positions rather than seniority. You do alot and are not considered at all for anything. The same people running the show get everything and more. D not treat you fairly in anything.
