      Pros

      They pay for some things other MSP's won't such as your BART, Uber, Taxi's. They are definitely good at taking care of those annoying expenses.

      Cons

      The owner is more concerned with wine than with technology. They will hire ANYONE to work here. Team is young, competitive, unsupportive, isolating, divisive. They will take ANY client even if the client pays poorly and demands everything.

      - Everyone here will take the time to get to know you during and after work - If you want to grow your skill set while servicing some of the largest companies in the world you will have a chance - Your team manager will be more than capable and is willing to help you grow as an engineer, should you prove yourself - Good opportunities for overtime if you're hungry - Benefits are second to none - Location is awesome if you're looking to soak in SF - When I left they were incorporating paid certification training and bonuses

      Cons

      - If you're used to stiff, strictly professional working relationships you might not like it here, being from the east coast this was a big change - Some of the big name clients can be intimidating, being honest with your co-workers will help you a lot here - There is not a lot of downtime during work hours if you're accustomed to that - Clients aren't cheap and they expect white glove service so be prepared to bring your A game
