Having a recruiter that understands my needs for employment, answers questions in detail, extremely polite, and returns calls and emails in a timely manner. Kudos to Ashish Tomar.
Cons
None at the moment as my recruiter keeps me fully updated. I'm pretty sure that all the recruiters have the same outlook for their clients.
