The management is not good. Just 3 people in the office but not that good. Noone interested to improve the process so a complete mess. If the management changes maybe it can be a better place.
Pay is also less as compared to the workload.
The environment itself is okay, but the plant manager is extremely tough to deal with. He delivers instructions very condescending, but with a smile on his face. The team as a whole is diverse and great to work with, however the plant manager is absolutely horrible. He will never show any appreciation for a job well done or give credit where its due.
