      Great connections but poor benefits and raises

      Pros

      Small company environment makes it easier to make connections. Nice people. CEO is great.

      Cons

      Benefits and yearly raises are horrible. They only give 1% raises even when you have excellent performance reviews. Communication could be better from management.

      - You get paid with the amount of hours you worked for ALONG with holiday pay when there is a holiday. - Employers are very easy to reach and are very understanding.
