Pros
- This isn’t specific to the intern role, but the schedules seem very flexible and there appears to be a really nice work–life balance. - Amazing community and culture — overall, an incredible workplace.
Cons
- As an intern, the job can feel a bit slow. Rather than learning as you go with quick momentum, I would have loved to learn a bit more and be on more projects instead of primarily doing admin or receptionist work, which I didn’t entirely expect.

Pros
Enjoyed working on a variety of projects, though there were periods of repetition. Team was fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and made work enjoyable. Flexible scheduling was a huge plus and made work-life balance easier.
Cons
I felt underutilized at times, which was frustrating given my desire to contribute more. My departure was sudden and surprising, especially following positive feedback and growth discussions. It was a difficult experience, and I would have appreciated clearer communication around performance and expectations.
