      Pros

      I cannot think of any pros other than that this company motivates you to find a better job and leave this place.

      Cons

      Ridiculous long working hours for a ridiculously small pay. Toxic, mentally and physically taxing working environment from top to bottom. This was a taste of what work must have been like in the 19th century.

      Easy work, decent pay, flexible schedule if you are a favorite employee

      Cons

      Management is inconsistent, plays favorites, and doesn't know what is going on half the time and takes it out on employees.
