- CEO is worst. An egoistic person. He can go to any level to satisfy his ego. He can make your personal/professional life worst. Moreover, he thinks that he is the only intelligent person in the whole universe. If glass door has feature of negative review then I could have given him review in negative number. - Poor management of CEO. He doesn't know how to manage resources and then he blames employees for not meeting deadlines. He just can do one thing very well and that is blame game. If anything goes wrong in the project, he will blame the employee. - CEO thinks that his organization has reputation equal to Google and so if there is a release of the project, employees are not allowed to take lunch until release is done. I am pretty sure that even Google is not following such procedures at the time of launching anything. - No good projects. Organization doesn't have proejcts upto the market level. Whatever knowledge you have got from here is futile as no one in the market will hire you based on this knowledge. - Politics is this organization is at its peak. Some people don’t have any work other than traducing other employees in front of CEO. - No fix timings. Once you are in there is no guarantee of finish your day on time. CEO has mentality that none of his employee should leave on time. He doesn't respect efficiency of the employee. - If you want a good hike then you need to lick CEO's shoes and praise him. There is no value of talent and smart working in this organization. - Not using latest technologies. All they do is just Wordpress in this era of advanced technology. - Poor infrastructure. Running company in a bungalow.
