Pros
The other technicians are all very helpful and a joy to work with. I don't really have a single bad thing to say about my coworkers.
Cons
EVERYTHING ELSE. The boss of the Canton office is the worst boss I've ever had. God forbid you make a mistake or take a little too long to do something he will sit you down in their crappy little conference room and lay into you over and over again. He doesn't see you as a person, just a tool to grow his company. He is not forgiving at all. He expects you to know how every one of the 100-200 different companies they support like to have things done within the first few months and if you don't, guess what, another sit down where he lays into you. And don't even think about working from home, despite the fact that everything they do is web based, that's going to be a hard no. No way to micromanage that way. Then we get to the point where they are cheap. They will not buy tools for the technicians to use. If you want them you're buying them yourself and you can't expense them. There's a reason out of 6 staff in the office only two have been there for more than a few months. RED FLAGS. RUN.
