Nice career growth for hardworking and dedicated employees.
Cons
1. Very much punctuality required at work, you will have only 5 minutes of buffer time for punch otherwise salary will get deducted. 2. Not a single leave is paid, you will not get paid leaves. 3. Monday to Saturday working.

Professionalism, work environment, Targets, event celebrations, zero politics, team management everything here is best for anyone's professional growth
Cons
Cons are depend on each individual's mindset. For me what important is having "Tea" on time but I didn't get it.
