Pros
This has genuinely been the most positive company I have ever worked for. The upper management/ownership isn't "too good" for anything. They get right in there if something needs to be done. They respect their staff. They treat everyone with kindness. They review annually, and try to tailor the job description to what fits my strengths and what I enjoy doing in the workplace. Cannot find enough good things to say about Keystone.
Cons
There was about a year where I was the only woman in the company which was a bit intimidating at times. That has since changed.
