Senior Management is inept and dishonest. There is a lot of favoritism. Customers are always unhappy. On time delivery is usually below 50%.
Projects can be years behind schedule. Extremely high turnover rate.
Nothing. Except for the other employees on my shift.
Cons
Management sucks. The policies are terrible. Especially the attendance policy. I have health issues and they knew it when I was hired. So if I had to miss work it reset every month. Now you get 6 points a year and walked out at 7.
