Nothing, just headache & forced to stick with laptop always - Place for Company Owner family members only, nepotism
Cons
- NOT focused towards employees career & learning - Politics - Micromanagement by Owner - Everyone in the company is working for more than 10 hours a day - Company use Computer tracker for the daily time tracking & accordingly pays - Leaves are strictly not allowed even after doctor prescription - Very low pay - Rude behavior of management - Company does not pay variables as promised in offer - Learning opportunities are very less because of kind of projects - Toxic environment - Pressure to work on holidays & even when you are sick - False commitments
