      Free takeaway every pay day friday

      Cons

      Very slow paperwork system, very rare you get to focus on your own workload, managers keep trying to change things around and are way too focused on keeping track of every moment of the employees day. Feels like you’re being watched like a hawk! Plus there are no benefits, such as sick pay, mat pay etc

      Pros

      Free lunch at the end of the month of your choice. Most colleagues are friendly. Decent enough if you just need a job to get by for a while.

      Cons

      The job is boring and extremely repetitive. Management is disorganised, offering no real support or one-to-one guidance. There’s no flexibility, no proper place to eat lunch, and no parking. Company benefits are non-existent, and no qualifications are needed it feels like anyone can walk in and work there.

      * all partners are approachable, knowledgeable, fair, supportive and understanding * everyone has a family mentality and looks out for one another * no toxic environments * no micromanaging * open door policy with managers and partners * partners actually encourage a work life balance rather than expecting you to work all hours for them

      * no bonus structure is currently in place
