Pros
The service users are fantastic, some days it is hard but that comes with the job. Other staff always willing to support others (excluding senior staff)
Cons
Minimum wage; long hours; senior staff are not nice and don't listen to you; poor training for some of the duties required

Cons
Brutal, exploitative, hypocritical. Employees who rock the boat are targeted. Management culture is psychotically anti-union. HR is completely ignorant of employment legislation.
