      Ability to work from home

      Cons

      You will be given a contractors agreement, but treated as an employee without any of the benefits of being such. You don't get to set your own rate of pay or services as a contractor should. No options for career progression as the company is so small.

      * You are encouraged to become the best version of yourself, and expand your skills throughout your career. *Despite being remote work, the company values mean that you create strong bonds with co-workers * You make a lasting impact on peoples lives through the products and support available from the team.

      * a very different culture to that of working for a large corporation,which may take time to adjust to.

      - Friendly and collaborative team culture - good bonding with team mates. - Company's mission and commitment to making a difference to clients and customers - Transparency, science and data-driven culture - Cultural values around personal/ team growth and learning

      Cons

      - It's a startup so it has the usual ebs and flows of work to put out new fires and take on new challenges - Not for you if you want a lot of structure (like some large corporates)/ and aren't proactive in your work (e.g. problem solving, asking for help etc.)
