      The working environment is very good and the feedbacks from all employees are well appreciated.

      Cons

      The company should have alternate Saturdays off as working for 6 days a week reduces employees productivity.

      Pros

      You will get salary on time. That's it, this is the only perk you will get salary at last day of month.

      Cons

      Policy changes as management wants to take revenge from one employee. Other employees will suffer due to this bad management behaviour. And rarely you will get HR support. And At the end of notice period HR and management will blackmail you for relieving letter to complete certain extra work even after completing notice period you will be paid for that days. But it will be disruption to join new organisation on time..
