      Pros

      - Family-oriented atmosphere - Opportunities to experience and be exposed to lots of different aspects of business even as an entry-level employee (perks of working at a small company!)

      Cons

      Not much.. I guess you can say limited benefits mayt be a con if that's what you're looking for. Personally, it wasn't much of a problem as it was expected when working for small companies.

      Pros

      Friendly & family-like environment. This was my first job after I graduated from College, and it was a great place to start my career. I was able to learn and experience various industries.

      Cons

      None whatsoever! I can't think of one bad thing to say about the company or the people!
