      It's good to work here..as you get to learn many new things..many new clients..the way to interact..the way to manage the team..if u planning for management field in future you can surely go for the kweb where u learn all the related work of management.

      Nothing great to share as I haven't got any cons.

      Pros

      - Weekly 2 offs i.e. Saturday, Sunday - The Only Digital Agency in Mumbai, which gives chances to Freshers and pay them salary too. - Salary never gets delayed, come what may. - Employees are encouraged to enhance skills and company pays for the same. - Time is no constraint. Flexible timings. - Salary is never deducted in any cause. - CEO is always motivating team members and is present at Grassroot level. - Clients retention and Clients referral is the legacy of the company. - Team Leaders and Project Managers don't act like bosses. - CEO is effectively involved with every single client even if the value of project is Rs. 10, 000 or 10 lakhs.

      Cons

      - Probably you have to listen music in your headphones then in speakers :) - Nothing other then this seems of anything against the employees.

      Pros

      Can't think of anything good about this company.

      Cons

      Too cramped workplace. They want to stuff humans in the office. Whole day you will rub shoulders with your co-worker. No space to move around. Chairs are broken. They expect you to deliver 8-10 sites in a month! And the salary they offer is peanuts. It is very difficult to get along with the top management. They treat you as if they own you and you are their slave.
