Flexibility, fully remote, occasionally learning opportunities.
Cons
Identifies itself as a “Consulting Company,” when it actually works as a CRO. Low salary, no career advancement. Cannot “bother” TMF Managers, as they are, “too busy.” Management up will not listen to concerns, best practices, or your past experience.
