Pros

Mission is good on surface

Cons

This was the most difficult and disappointing professional experience of my career. The CEO fostered a toxic culture where even top performers were routinely ridiculed in front of others, leading to frequent emotional breakdowns among team members during meetings. The company’s growth tactics were ethically alarming. I was instructed to fabricate users in a community platform to simulate engagement and to pose as job seekers on Reddit to promote the company under false pretenses. Trustpilot reviews were similarly manipulated — employees were encouraged to offer incentives for positive reviews or selectively direct only satisfied users to leave feedback, skewing the company’s public perception. When I was expecting my daughter, I had a direct conversation with the CEO to ensure my job was secure. I was reassured that I was a top performer and had nothing to worry about. I was laid off the following week. This organization prioritizes growth at the expense of integrity, transparency, and basic decency. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
